The ART of living was created in 1998 by Martina Krueger and Valter Pinto, sharing their artistic and design sensibilities and their philosophy on the art of daily life.
Since 2001 they also share a last name, here too taking the 'road less traveled'; instead of the traditional path, they decided to create a new name together:
Valter and Martina Foschini

An international couple (Brazil & Germany) they truly believe in the ART of Living as a way of life, and creating a balance of work, fun, family, friends, activism and travel.

In addition to their architectural design and real estate company, this creative company is also involved theatre, photography and political activities.

V. Eduardo Foschini
Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Valter moved to the United States in the early 80s. He started working for architectural companies shortly after in New York, Miami and Denver. In 1998 he and Martina started their own company, and he holds architectural licenses in both New York and Colorado.
Most of this work has been residential (see portifolio), but he has also worked on a few fun commercial projects, for example the Antoine Du Chez Salon in Cherry Creek. Both, Valter and Martina have taken workshops in Feng Shui, and are very sensitive to creating spaces of good energy flow and comfort.

Martina K. Foschini
Born in Germany, Martina came to the US in the late 80's to go to the University of Colorado, Boulder. She graduated in with a Bachelors in Communication and worked part time managing single family homes. Soon after, she started investing in Real Estate herself and got her Real Estate license in 1994.
She worked for 5 years at ParkSide Realty, in the Washington Park area and got her brokers license and GRI designation (graduate of the real estate institute).
Summers she would often help out Habitat for Humanity, working on the Women's Built Project. I Believe everybody deserves a place to live.

Martina jokes that her German upbringing helps her get things done in an organized, timely and efficient manner. Good thing, because for her the Art of Living involves lots of activities and creative outlets, in addition to her full-time job and frequent travel to connect with family, friends and culture in Europe and Brazil.
